The Retreat Suites - Dogs

Lucky Mutz Lodge - Dogs
Escape to Lucky Mutz Lodges, where your dog can enjoy a relaxing getaway in the heart of nature. Our spacious suites feature cozy bedding and beautiful views of the scenic surroundings. Pets will also enjoy calming music played 24/7, personalized concierge service, and large play yards.

Exercise Breaks

Cats
We offer Feline Comfort Suites! These suites include separate litter areas and ample room for cats to relax and lower stress levels. Cats also get time out of the condos to play or just look at the nice view out the window from our comfy cat tree! Pictures can be sent upon request.

Medication Policy
- We are able to dispense medication for your pet for a charge of $1.50 per day.
- We are able to administer medications between 7:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. daily. If your pet must have their medications outside of these time frames, you may want to seek alternative boarding options.
- We can provide neccessary items to administer the medication such as Pill Pockets, Peanut butter, hot dogs, cheese or other things that will entice your pet to take the medication.
- We do NOT do injections
Day Care
Day Care is for your dog that is tired of being alone at home while you work or have other activities that require long hours away from home. Our Day care is a concierge service. We do not co-mingle dogs. This includes two private exercise breaks and outdoor one on one time! Daycare hours are 8-6 Monday-Friday.

Let us pamper your pooch during his or her vacation! We offer premium treats from WERUVA. These gourmet treats are the highest quality meats made with carnivore diets in mind ! They`ll love getting that extra special treat while away from home. The Kongs are very beneficial for those anxious pups, and Frosty Paws offer an ice cold treat for your beloved canine companion.

This is our Enrichment Package for those active Mutz that require activities that relax and stimulate the mind. This is perfect for those anxious Mutz or first time lodging guests. You will also enjoy daily pictures and Pupdates.

Lucky Mutz offers Basic and Designer Grooming!
At Lucky Mutz, we offer a variety of grooming options, starting as low as $35. You can choose from a simple, no-frills Exit Bath to a breed-specific cut.
For our boarding guests, we provide an Exit Bath so your pet comes home smelling fresh and clean!
We offer two types of Exit Baths:
1. Exit Bath Deluxe: This includes a shampoo, conditioner, ear cleaning, nail trimming, drying, and a brush-out.
2. Exit Bath Express: This is a quick bath designed to leave your pet smelling fresh and clean, perfect for when it’s time to go home.
We prioritize the well-being of your pet during their visit with us.

Keeping up with your dog`s toenails is important. Long nails are uncomfortable and can become unsafe. Catching it on something that can cause a tear is painful! Feel free to stop in during grooming hours for a quick trim.

De Shedding Treatment
Step 1: Prep Bath
Our groomer will begin by getting your dog`s coat and proceed with a deep-coat brush on the entire body, paying attention to the neck and back areas where the hair is most dense. This step gets rid of dust, dirt, and loose hair on the top coat level while loosening the undercoat hair.
Step 2: Application and Cleaning
Once the top coat has been treated, we move on to our exclusive deshedding shampoo application. This is where your dog will enjoy a full-body massage! It is during this step that most of the undercoat`s dead hair is freed up, and mats are loosened, then magically dropping off during the rinse. Based on the dog`s coat density and oil levels, we may apply a second to make sure to get rid of any extra hair staying behind.
Step 3: Conditioning and drying
We finish their SPAW treatment with a luxurious coat conditioner to nourish and naturally replenish the skin. This also helps with rebalancing oils and nutrients that soothe and promote hair growth for that “fluffy” healthy look.
Depending on if a haircut is desired, it will be performed next, followed by a final brush and fluff.
